Tasting Square of FHIN 2020

One marriage no one can object to is the mouthwatering combinations of food and drink as Wine and Cheese or Olive oil and Bread Dipping Bar. Each is delicious on its own, but when you pair the two or three, magic can happen. You can bet there’s a wine out there for every cheese and Olive oil for every bread dipping bar for a good starter or other combination of good food.

Apart from the wide range of food labels presented at the stands of summit, the Tasting Square was specially designed to host seminars, useful tips, tastings and new ideas carried out by Food Producers to F&B Managers, Chefs, Restauraters, Sommeliers, and Buyers from Food Retailing to taste the best selection of wine, cheese, sausages, olive oil and many other food products from Portugal and Mediterranean Basin.

The Tasting Square provides an unique opportunity to exhibitors present their products and talk to Chefs and Buyers from Food Retailing and HoReCa´s market. Its the place where the Producer´s table converge with Hosted Byers Program of FHIN – Euro Mediterranean Agrifood Summit.

The selection from Producer´s table at Tasting Square secure a ten minute face to face session with buyers actively looking for the best food and drink selection. The Applications are open only for exhibitors whose will be notified via e-mail 48 hours before the summit if they have succesfully secured a slot.

The Meetings at Pitches Rooms with buyers are few and some categories only allowing presentations once during the summit and the Applications for the Buyers Pitch Room and Tasting Square will close on November 15th, 2019. After filling out the online application form to exhibit at FHIN Summit, the exhibitors will only be admitted by payment of the admission fee of € 670.00. The allocation of space and contract of participation and invoice will be sent by the organizer after receiving the email at exhibit@fhinsummit.com the copy of payment of the admission fee. The remittances of the admission fee are payble to:
